{"id":4963,"date":"2022-04-10T17:18:38","date_gmt":"2022-04-10T15:18:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/millistream.com\/?p=4963"},"modified":"2022-05-10T17:11:36","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T15:11:36","slug":"millistream-data-feed-api-mdf-version-1-0-26-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/millistream.com\/index.php\/millistream-data-feed-api-mdf-version-1-0-26-released\/","title":{"rendered":"Millistream Data Feed API (MDF) version 1.0.26 released"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Millistream is pleased to announce the release of version 1.0.26 of our open source Data Feed API.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>updated mdf_fields.h to the latest version (a few new fields, including new message MDF_M_QUOTEEX).<\/li>\n<li>new property MDF_OPT_TIMEOUT that reports the number of seconds one have to wait in maximum before having to call mdf_consume() to let it handle internal idle timers (like sending heartbeat requests). Useful if you extract the libmdf descriptor with MDF_OPT_FD and use say select\/poll\/epoll to manage events.<\/li>\n<li>new property MDF_OPT_HANDLE_DELAY to enable\/disable delay-mode (in delay-mode the intended delay of the message is sent on the wire by the server).<\/li>\n<li>new function mdf_get_next_message2() that replaces mdf_get_next_message().<\/li>\n<li>new function mdf_get_mclass() which returns the Message Class of the current received message.<\/li>\n<li>new function mdf_get_delay() which returns the intended delay of the current received message if delay-mode is enabled on the connection.<\/li>\n<li>new function mdf_message_set_property() which replaces mdf_message_set_utf8_validation() and mdf_message_set_compression_level() with a more generic property function.
