Millistream Database Application (MDA) version 0.9.60 released
The Millistream MDA project team is pleased to announce the release of version 0.9.60 of our open source application for updating SQL servers with data from the Millistream Data Feed.
- Fixed a bug in v1.0.59 where the “connected” stat on Windows stopped working
- Made the error message when connecting to a MySQL/MariaDB server with no database defined more easy to understand
- Fixed a bug in the handling of tabular format that prevented NULL values to exist between non NULL values
- Properly handle the new error code 1020 in MariaDB v12 that indicates a deadlock
- Make sure that all primary key columns are used on PostgreSQL in the ON CONFLICT statement to properly handle edge cases if any of the primary key columns are not sent in the feed.
- Force the installer on Windows to install all the dependency dll:s even if the version is the same, turned out that some of them are always in v1.0.0 despite being actually updated
- Added support for the TPT table (MiFID Tripartite Template)
As previously announced, as of v0.9.33 the database schema is developed independently of the MDA and the latest schema including upgrade scripts is available on our http server under the documents section (MDA_schemas_[version].zip). As of this writing the latest database schema is v135 and is available from https://packages.millistream.com/documents/MDA_schema_135.zip
Do note however that the latest schemas are only needed if you need the new columns/tables, they are not mandatory to operate the MDA!
We consider MDA 0.9.60 to be the best version of MDA available and we recommend that users of older versions upgrade as soon as possible.
